These platforms operate independently, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes or outages on third-party platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Results Disclaimer (The Brutally Honest Part)

Our Services are designed to help businesses improve how they manage and respond to their reputation. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as star ratings, review volume, rankings, or revenue growth.

Reputation depends on many factors, including customer experience, that are outside our control. We assume you provide great service to your clients, but if you provide terrible service to your clients then there's bigger problems you'll need to solve before we work together.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Services available and reliable. However, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reputation Mint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to Reputation Mint in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
